ok - so is "investment by US fund" the same as cap raising ?
e.g. - the US fund pumps in xxxx million dollars, and opens doors to the US market - which is good. Are the nr of shares diluted ? Guess it depends on if the investment is at a premium or discount to the sp...
Who knows ? Will have to wait and see....
