DEG's mine will be massive. Certainly starting with an open pit (my caps): "Hemi contains OVER 25,000 per vertical METRE (oz/Vm) in the SHALLOW, better drilled portions of the Mineral Resource."
Note the word "better." To include that suggests to me the geos are sniffing MORE shallow Au...
In some months, t/o bid notwithstanding, the size, IRR, shape of financing, should dominate this forum. My primary experience in this situation is around GOR's JV with Gold Fields. But size and shape of financing are paramount... so maybe/perhaps/could-be by The Ashes Boxing Day we'll know more.
