As shareprice was in danger to fall below 7c again, and recent sp. issue was for 7c, so the Company had to do somethings !!!
I reckon its no more than to give them for the 7c sharepurchase an straight oppurtunity to cash in.( PRR management itself ) !!!!!!!!
