~15x revenue, proforma growth ~10%pa, seems very much overvalued.
Key things for me are also: inability to set their own prices, they charge a fee not a commission.
Reading their prospectus, I don't have a clue why they are valued so high. I am probably missing something but it isn't clear at all.
