From a macro level, actually think it's difficult to buy anything in the current environment - everything is so expensive. If they start buying things of material size for high teens and 20+ EV/EBITDA multiples - i'd actually start to get a bit worried..... would show they're just buying cos the sell-side is expecting them to... small bolt-on in the high teens is ok too (even if they overpay the impact shouldn't be material).
If they bought good sizeable acquisitions for up to mid teens type multiples - i think that would be ok.
