Not sure why you would expect anybody to answer you as you when you ask the way you do.
Firstly, it’s not the NPL it’s the NPFL - and not the “bush league” either! It is still an important project to Tv2 that has been discussed continuously for 18 months - posters here have stated many times they don’t want to hear about it - so do you want updates or not?
For those that don’t know what an MOU is - it is simply a formal agreement between two parties - the first steps towards a legal contract.
