Yeah mate, I wouldn’t be on a public forum with too many dates or sources that is a bit silly in my view and I d be a pretty careful.
I have heard that any company listing in USA needs USA auditor that is common. As far as timing stuff goes who knows. let’s hope is Nasdaq and soon given current appetite there for what we are doing.
