Maybe but the court says that the action has been settled, not just that mediation is occurring. I wonder whether they have settled in principle but haven't signed off on the binding agreement, in which case maybe they don't need to release it to the market ... although that seems pretty far fetched as well. Maybe it is all just legal jargon and doesn't mean what we think it means.
