It becomes an offense when you say the words "hey moderators! how come you're not moderating this shit?"
.....And then they moderate your post and typically leave the shit.
At this point is probably best to just block the offender. Take what small entertainment value you can from their presence then smash that ignore button so they're not longer wasting your time.
