In addition to PXS pulling out of the NASDAQ, NRT (Novogen) later announced they are too because listing there places controls that are seen by many smaller/non US companies as highly stringent in terms of reporting and board structure which can make the costs prohibitive and which questions the benefits.
When PRR announced the securing the $12 Fortrend facility, it was an announcement. The fact that we have a trading halt means this is something far more significant than that. Whether the SP rises or dips in the short term after the next announcement is to me of minor importance or consequence.
Something far more important is brewing and that will lead to a re-rating in this stock.
