I did say I was going out on a limb - but the point still stands - havent they recently done a "placement" for 12 million ? (or funds facility or something).
So this next "round" should be larger - and the PRR market cap is not big -
US listing might be too costly - but I just cant see how it can be a simple placement if they have recently done one for 12 million ?
- maybe it will be an unlisted subsidary with private funding ?
Anyway, caveat emptor - just trying to contribute a different line of thought.
