with regards management making vested interests decision....i have little doubt ,the top 3 stakeholders would be on to management...to not do anything silly.For those who buy in big, to this type of stock:having an exit is often not easy.Capital return and dividends,is very clean and concise to those shareholders...so i believe they'll be right behind this return of capital.
