The last quarterly stated:

"The private mediation between the Company and Labcon North America is well progressed towards
an expected resolution via legal counsel in the USA with regard to the lawsuit filed against Labcon"

Two interesting points, "towards an expected resolution", so they generally expect a resolution or it is progressing towards a known resolution (as in the outcome is largely known, all dropped, no compensation, some costs?).

Secondly it refers to "the lawsuit filed against Labcon" specifically, not mentioning the Labcon claim against us?
