I should have added I do not think DMH is a long term holder.
If shareholders want to bail they should be aware of the terms of the placement: DMH's entry price is 34c before 26 August. After that it is the 5 day VWAP less 8% or 10% (the discount depending on exactly when they elect to take their shares). I think it is reasonably easy to imagine the forces on the share price after 26 August.
