That’s ridiculous. If showing emotions/enthusiasm and using suggestive phrases that can be interpreted (or misinterpreted) were grounds for legal action, every director would be bright before the courts.
I agree there can a fine line and sometimes that line is flirted with, but disagree in this instance.
