Just to clear the air I was suspended for my comments in my post about not posting anymore (breathe:) I'm sure many will know that it's the senseless stuff that I got sick of and didn't want to be apart of anymore. I tried to (not very well of course) leave a message that enough was enough for me, I got my butt kicked and a simple "your out" cemented the deal until my plea for reinstatement and a "you've been warned" by the mods. At no time was there anyone who was responsible for my suspension but myself and I thank the mods for my reinstatement.

    Moving right along---------

WOW just WOW guys, you all rock!!!! This has restored my faith to no end, thank you all very much for the great words and the vote of encouragement, seriously smiling now. I will work my butt off to try and repay you guys with research and anything I can find that may be of interest to our investment with UNI. rolmao it was like seeing my own funeral!!. As to the talk of beer, I'll put it on the record now that once the first RTF is produced for commercial reason it is my shout for all that are current holders of UNI and that extends for the a whole night at a location TBA!! Guys forget my brain snap and let's carry on with the great information sharing that is this forum, every single person here continues to teach each of us something new everyday as the questions get asked and the research shared. I find that questions teach the most, this presses us all to either answer or find an answer if it was not first known. For me there is nobody that has posted anything that I have encountered that can ask a question or put point to something that suggests this is not a great investment in what is becoming the near future.

I have decided to create a post to respond to someone that is trying to talk down the company, give low content comments, drag up the past, talk ill of others or simply add absolutely nothing to the forum but negativity and I call it an "Auto Response". This is for those kinds of posts that have absolutely no justification as to the "they wont do it" style we have seen of late. It will post as follows and I hope that you all don't get sick of it if I use it too much, by the way please feel free to use it when you feel it necessary.

    THIS IS AN AUTO RESPONSE

The person that this post is directed to should understand that unless they can show this poster that the below information (points 1 - 7) is not true, that there is material evidence that any of the below material may be false, or that the information provided below does not benefit or can be considered to benefit UNI as a growth opportunity this poster will ignore the content of your post and continue to reply with this AUTO RESPONSE until this poster believes that your post has or could have a material effect on UNI.

    1. Unilife has signed an exclusive agreement with Sanofi Aventis for 5 years (from 09) and was paid $16.4m by Sanofi for this agreement regarding their RTF product.

    Please visit http://www.unilife.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=516&Itemid=76

To get further details of this agreement and the Indusrialisation Agreement as this period of time can change as per the link provided.

    2. Sanofi have signed the Industrialisation Agreement with UNI and agreed to pay all costs ($30.4m in addition to the &16.5m license) for a production line that will produce up to 40m units per annum as of the end of 2010 or near to this time with regulatory approvals and supplier ability pending (this poster added this last bit to let it be known that this poster understands that delays happen).

    3. Unlife and Sanofi have agreed to create an Exclusivity List that will give Sanofi the rights to have their specific drugs in this list gain first and exclusive rights for UNI's RTF product.

    4. UNI is free to offer their RTF product to other pharma's for their drugs that are not included in the exclusive agreement list, Unilife advises that many other major pharma's are interested in this product.

    5. By the end of 2011 UNI will also have a production line with a capacity of over 100m units per annum, give or take some time with regulator and supplier delays (this poster added this last bit to let it be known that this poster understands that delays happen).

    6. UNI have in the first half of 2009 alone put on over 40 staff including
key management that address all aspects of the business going forward
and as announced by the company to its plans going forward. This includes
listing on a US stock exchange by the end of the year 09.

    7. Pennsylvania has shown its support for UNI with the issue of a $2.5 million (US$1.8 million) funding program from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This funding program includes an $840,000 (US$600,000) Infrastructure and Facilities Improvement Grant, a $140,000 (US$100,000). Opportunity Grant, a $1.4 million (US$1 million) loan from the Machinery and Equipment Loan Fund and a $105,000 (US$75,000) grant for Job Training Assistance.

The above information is not be taken as financial or investment advice. UNI also have their 1ml product that can add revenue to the company in the near term and there is also contract manufacturing that they perform for key
clients. Further announcements regarding these are expected to be released as soon as the company is ready with approvals and or news.

Investing in the medical/healthcare industry can be considered a pain at times. UNI deals with FDA for approvals and Sanofi Aventis for the Industrialisation of the RTF product, when dealing with the worlds (considered) most important medical regulator (FDA) and the world's largest vaccines producer (Sanofi) one should expect delays of some sort throughout the whole process. Luckily we have seen a major part of these delays over the years already. These are opinions only of this poster.

Finally this poster does not care, neither wishes to hear about the past of UNI. This poster is looking to the future and at the signed deals in place and the investment made with the company by Sanofi Aventis which totalled over 2/3rds of UNI's whole market cap when the Industrialisation Agreement was signed (31c).

    Please try again:)
