The more I think about it, the more I like this deal:
- They are guaranteed $5m from the insto, who clearly believes the share price will rise
- This gives current shareholders the confidence to invest in the CR, which after the last one was not a given
- Plus the added options means they should get a solid investment from existing SHs
Which means they should get a lot of cash in the end. They're clearly confident about the opportunity to scale up.
