I was a little bored on the weekend...so, I registered an account for the COGCC eFiling portal. This lets you see a little bit more detail of filings/applicaitons. If anyone is intereted, there is alink on the COGCC site under Public Tools "How to find status of Oil & Gas Development Plan (OGDP)" explains what to do.
Using a docket number discovered previously (210400038 - Yr: 21, Month 04: Seq Number: 00038), found the BNL submission from back in April...
But, in this portal, one can open up this listing for more detail on where it's at. When I open up, you can see the following screen, with what appears to be the Noticed Hearing Date for the commission (7/13/2021)...As well as various approval statuses.
Now, I'm not saying that the hearing is (or isn't) that date - because when you search for other random docket numbers, some have a "notice of hearing" document associated (eg 210400036 and 210400040 - two either side of ours). But these areas also have third parties who need to be notified, whereas looks like our one doesn't.
But I will be keeping one eye out for the published agenda of the July 13 meeting!!
