If your counting profit before you LEGALLY can deduct three of the above from your income then your paying too much tax because they are all items that decrease REAL profit . Thats like not subtracting tax from your wages and still spending your gross pay . You will be in Debtors Prison real quick

So far we have a company JSB that $750,000 of FOS shares were given away for . JSB comes with negative assets of $300,000 so its cost over $1,000,000 for a company that looses money and probably will loose more so who knows what the final cost of this escapee from a liquidator will cost
Put it this way. I have a $100,000 Porsche that is an accident writeoff and then been burnt out so nothing of value is left to salvage. You pay me $100,000 for it and get the privilege of making the remainder of the finance payments on it. Find me this greater fool I have cars to sell

You have dodgy assets like intangibles (almost a million) for companies that loose money or just technically break even , maybe. You pay what amounts to goodwill for a money maker not a looser

So called recievables are assets if they can be collected but we let will that slide for now . Next half yearly may disclose what they are worth
