A 1.725 cent distribution to end the financial year: circa 2.5 times larger than the regular monthly distributions. I believe the July NTA will be circa $2.02 (maybe closer to $2.03). The recently announced 4.75% yield for financial year 2021/2022 on July NTA (say, 202 cents) implies 9.6 cents or .8 cent per month (202*.0475 = 9.60). If the June 2022 distribution turns out to be, say, 2 times larger (1.6 cents), it would be 10.4 cents of distributions for the financial year, which corresponds to a 5.7% distribution yield on the current market price of $1.84 (10.4 / 184 = .0565).
Sound right?
