    Market cap has been wanting to go lower, but cannot due to stockprice rock bottoming. With this consolidation, Market cap is free to move lower towards what I beleive is fairer value for a company with dwindling cash, and little prospects of any significant revenue in the near term, let alone positive cash flow.
