Funny thing about operations reporting...if there are 4 rigs spinning (as some are screaming about) we will still most likely only get an "operations update" every 20-30 days. They wont come weekly. 30 rigs with a hole completed on average every day wont warrant daily operation updates. So the screamers will keep screaming. "We need updates, a report monthly isnt relentless....blah blah"
There will therefore always be a mix of good and bad news in a summary of all rigs operational progress and things that changed the program on the ground.
Testing results are the key material items (lab results), not the holes that encounter coals that "look promising." 50m of coal still isnt a certainty of being productive so effectively not material and therefore possibly still would not have moved the price much alone.
In every past update the rig has almost always spudded elsewhere before the announcement or something different has occured to the original plan due to various conditions.
