This is seriously undervalued. I can't even be bothered running a sensitivity analysis on this.
Look at this, current;
MC : $722.87 million
Guided EBIDTA : $250 million (conservative)
So 722 / 250 = 2.89 [EBIDTA Multiple to Market Cap]
Say you applied multiple of 5 to account for cash and debt, otherwise you can apply 7-10 multiple to it, then you get [ 5 X 250 = $1,250 million ].
This makes it 73% (528/722) undervalued.
