I am only going on what has been released by the company(i hope)
They are doing an optimisation study for the DZP to improve efficiencies and through this they have found they can cut the plant size down considerably by concentrating on the most valuable products.
They now have South Korean companies coming in and offering to build a renewable power plant for the DZP at their cost .
It has also been mentioned somewhere that they are possibly bringing in a strategic partner and might sell up to 20% of the project.
They are/have been actively talking to possible offtake/financing parties in South Korea for the DZP.

I have no idea what the final result is going to be but they are proceeding with an optimisation study at the moment and we should see the results next quarter i think.
