it is fairly typical that assays that don't live up to expectations get released in quarterly reports...keep an eye out for that. The delay is strategic. It is totally possible to get Ni assays back in two weeks if you pay a premium. ESR doesn't have to worry about $$$ for a while, so can start paying that premium!
