Spot on.
I’ve come to see these irrational (imo) dips as accumulation opportunities, rather than be frustrated.
We all know that with each passing week, towards our fully-funded commercial operation, the lower the sp is, the more value there is.
This is just imo and not advice, but really when you consider the likelihood of +100% rise within the next say 12 months, this is no-brainer buying territory imo.
I wish it would drop back to 5c again in the short term, but I don’t think it will - we are too close to commercial operations to be worth sub-100 million, with what is on the cards in the coming years.
Even rudimentary assessment of 10ktpa at $10k/t margin hints at a circa $1.5b valuation imo.
That’s 10 bags from here.
A few years away? Who cares! Major derisking is already behind us. Big milestones coming next year too.
Also I see the “resource size” as largely irrelevant, since when we are making that sort of money, there is no stopping us from expanding - it’s not as though Pablo hasn’t already proven that we can process brine even from a “crappy” salar into BG product. That opens doors that others simply cannot access. What competition is there for more of Rincon or nearby “poor quality” resources? None, when others cannot do anything with it.
We know there was pressure from potential partners for IP. It is more valuable than many realise.
This journey is about to get interesting.
