Yes I believe so mate and most of those reports must be done already and just need to update and discuss with the new government which I can't see big issue since the other sinking ship is not going ahead, the locals need the revenue to become independent.
For a listed ASX company like EPM, they can't make statements like pre-feasibility study for mining and near term yearning unless they have confidence to know what are already done. Another tick for my bullish sentiment
