I think that's accurate about the harvest proceeds, according to SHV.....

Ultimately, SHV is a creditor like other creditors, it's up to the court and contracts to determine who is in front of the queue....

Obviously, the administrator is reluctant for their to even be a harvest..and are resisting the harvest of the crop.....arguably cause they are working in banks interest who will be repeat 'involvency' customers, whereas the growers will not be..noting that they preferred to 'sell off harvest' rights to Boundary Bend entirely for the 'right to pick the olives'..

Boundary Bend obviously already had ongoing arrangements in place to pick the olives, but the administrator obviously did not want to honour those arrangements....
