Just a few days ago, the company said the CR at 8 cents was heavily oversubscribed. That means some investors wanted to buy VAR shares at 8 cents, but could not. Now more than one million shares traded below 8 cents and close to another 2 million shares waiting in the queue to be sold. Interesting.
