As for MR loosing the $500mill dollars, I do not know. And, if true, the only reason he lost it, was because he couldn't come up with the funds.

All I know isthat, IMHO, if he was to proceed with what we have been told that someome was looking to do a T/O, and that an asnwer and a result was going to be announced to the market by the end of June current, we could have all been a lot better off that what we are now.

What you have to consider is, that the sp prior to this out from left field overnight announcement of the capital raising with UBS at $1.10 was announced, the sp reached $1.83.

If we would have known what the offers on the table were, we could judge by ourselves whether we have been well and truly done, or not.

I think that these offers had to be announced, and for every shareholder to know.

But, somehow that remains a secret, that is not good enough, and it creates and encourages speculations of wrong doing.
