Spot on, here are the numbers
Previous enterprise value = 208M
New enterprise value = 313M (208 + 105)
Previous number of shares = 2.4B
New number of shares = 4.3B (2.4B + 105M/0.055)
New share price (expected) = 7.3c (313M / 4.3B)
