That 13M shorter is now vs Sprott (<2021 CY), could get burnt.
Could be waiting for a major shareholder exit (block trade? would have been done by now imo); but that's not really worth holding such a position, over say a 5 cent plunge.
If they bail the position, the price might spike past 20 cents temporarily, but will get sold down over a matter of days.
Then there is the odd-ball Global X URA, which is still holding 36M share OTC, 4M share ASX; OTC moves lower with just 100K share dumped. The 13M shorted is on the ASX market, not the OTC market ..... so mustn't be concern for Global X in any sort of way. They don't seem to act until the absolute last minute of imminent end events or shutdowns.
Seems its less than a flip of coin, I mean the are a lot of unknown unknowns post Sept with their PH, and doesn't help with the above share activity short positions.
There was mention of Legal means for instance, this is the worse thing to threaten or initiate, basically burns all social licenses, and trust of the Govnt/Community.
About as bad as having "FTP" tattooed on your forehead, and hoping the cops in the police station will help you.

EPM seems like a vanilla long play - when compared to the above, i.e. wait for Sprott, progress fieldwork season, wait for QLD govt, have boat party.
