I hear you and that’s why I sold some 3-4 months ago at 59c made a small profit and moved on. I still am a user but the product hasn’t really developed other than adding US investing. The app upgrade was poor Iam still using the older one. I think it’s better not by much. Just doesn’t seem dynamic and realise the industry is ultra competitive. The COVID pandemic gave them a boost but this has less to do with them but rather people stuck at home trading on sharemarket. This volume peak won’t continue and I’m sure the bigger brokers will start undercutting fees if they feel any pressure. It seems they have run out of ideas. The return on the swf etf is further evidence of an idea not really being capitalised on. It’s always lagging the asx 200.
