When I say an individual and/or entity who lacks the moral compass to play by the rules, the threat could come from anywhere. However, it has been suggested that heavy penalties and sanctions would be imposed on anyone based within a nation which largely accepts the rule of international law and order. It has also been said that no self respecting organisation would deal with anyone who has flaunted patents - well maybe baby !!!

Given the moolah at stake, I remain sceptical that even admired organisations have leaders with the necessary principles to ignore such an opportunity, should it present in a form where they think they just might get away with it. Of course, this doesn’t consider Russia, China, and many other pretty ordinary countries, where such stuff is encouraged.
