its been theorised that brokers have been capping and placing pressure on the EPM price, but for what? Could be to accumulate shares or potentially to help build a case to conduct a CR so instead of brokers working against, they can help work to get EPM to get to 4 cents or something. Whilst of course the broker gets lots of cheap shares
