I look at AJM and there were serious question marks at the off take agreement they signed would have had them operating at a loss. I look at PLS and it's the opposite. However, I'm still keen to see if they are intending themselves to process downstream ? I didn't see that in the announcement.
However, with increased profits, through a JV, it'll provide much needed cash flow and capital to invest into downstream processing of the raw materials right here in Australia.
Lesson 101 in business, cut out the middleman and your margins are going to be a hell of lot better.
