hope for one or more of the following : for a white knight ; that rab/hsbc didnt have inside information when they decided to sell ; that major shareholders reject the bid as it stands; that little shareholders vote and vote against the bid ;that asset backing means what it says ; that drd make an on market bid for the whole co. ; at worst drd offers the drd shares to mli shareholders rather than to the co. ;that mli management thinks of shareholders and not just their interests ;that if the assets are good enough for drd to develop they are good enough for mli to develop ; that an objective Team of professionals is appointed to come up with a fair value ; for a turn of good luck. Imho.
