French system your guilty till proven innocent

So refusal to answer a question to prove your innocents means your guilty of in this case a failure to disclose conflicts of interest, which seem to be extreme

AS it seems you both have extreme conflicts of interest that are not fully disclosed yet then your considered hostile witness's or not a word you say has any merit or could be outright lies which the jury must disregard as a defense witness

I dont know the full law on what you can get away with disclosure wise on this forum but outside of it you would both be in dodo

For good measure I am going to report this post to ASIC and the ASX .
