    I also will be voting No. Some of the major shareholders would be holding stock that cost them quite a lot more than 55c(Kerry Stokes for one I think) so hopefully they will also vote no. More than 75% of the shares on issue have to be voted in favour by more than 50 % of the share holders for the scheme to go ahead(I think-can anyone confirm?) so hopefully this will be voted down.I am not happy with the board.
