Afternoon Ned,

I hope you have been well mate and are having a good weekend, if you are in the Sydney area stay safe as we are now in lockdown.

I hope by tagging you here it is okay with you as i value your opinion and experience, i just wanted to share my thoughts with you as i was thinking about rubbish earlier this morning (lol) and have spent most of the day re reading a whole lot of anns.

I find it very interesting with this J/V between FEX and SCN and the back ground of the recent director on FEX, he seems to have the history of a start up projects and development of mines from exploration. (Fex needed expertise here to replace the experience lost when Garret left)
the snip below is from 1 of the Fenix Anns.

For our new director we can now conclude that he will be heavily involved in this J/V iron ore project with Scorpion either direct or in a consultant role.
i'm also pondering the possibility of them joining somehow between FEX and SCN. (i'm no expert here)


The thing is this guy was selected for a reason and considering his position, chairman for a Gold company, i'd say off hand that there is more to the story here.


I'm starting to think that SCN drilling team accidently found something of significant value in the iron ore space as it comes along the same ridge in the weld range on SCN's tenement.

I wont go too much more into detail but with the gold, copper and other materials maybe thats why this guy was selected so he can report back to FEX on the gold operations/ maybe set up a offtake deal with Franco Nevada for the gold?

I dont know any thing about gold (results in thread above) hence my curiosity and was wondering if you could fill in the gaps here for gold, i know you know copper are the grades any good here?

For the tenement here i'm thinking that they know iron ore is there and makes me believe that the drilling campaign is more about proving a viable resource for the next project.
For the time period for drilling, it looks like it will be the end of October pending the availability of equipment and manpower plus any delays at the Lab for the results.


20,000,000 tonnes resource in my opinion, would be a minimum to what they will be looking for, for their next project to align with the performance options that we voted on, obviously they too want the highest tonnage/grade DSO iron ore to boot as well.

I would like to close off by saying that, i dont know any more than any one else here and these thoughts are an opinion of a numerous amount of announcements made by the companies.

I would also like to apologize to anyone that has taken offence for the FEX related content in this post, but given that it was a J/V arrangement i thought other holders here could benefit in some way.
