The institution who paid $1.30 a share is Woodson capital. And I believe they had around 69M shares for $90M. If you look at market index or yahoo finance and see top 20 holders, it’s not suprised that Woodson capital is not included anymore. Perhaps they have sold out a while ago when PayPal news came to join bnpl? That I don’t know so don’t try to be smart as.
If you could give any explanations why Spt share price keeps dropping, I’ll be more than happy to hear it out other than saying it’s so cheap and buying more.
