Why is it you think there's a chance to profit? What's changed?
Balance sheet 31/Dec is ordinary at best, subtract the related party receivables. They're losing money and have what seems to me high expenses. There's ~2.5bil SOI and they had $1.8mil cash as of last 4C. Will need to raise again soon, not sure who would be game to fund this. Same old announcements. Nothing innovative here otherwise it'd have already been apparent. I have zero faith in management, seems a lifestyle co if ever I have seen one.
Hope for most holding long it turns, but, I highly doubt it.
