They've created in an in house merchant services team and engaged a third party to manage regional merchant sign ups. Not entirely sure why they'd do that and then just chill and "let it happen":... We're not in soft launch anymore. You don't launch if you're not ready for rapid growth especially on the cusp of announcing several new territories to expand into.
They're also not a startup. Never heard of a startup with a 20 year history...
