The fact that 1.8m of the 2.267m on the offer (79% of all that is available for sale) is fake and designed to show a greater amount for sale than actually is.
The Top 20 own the majority of the register and with such a tiny amount of SOI and an even tinier amount for sale or available to be bought....if the top holders decided they want to take all of this now for themselves it would not be very challenging for them to get to 90% and then all of us being the remaining 10% would be swept up under compulsory acquisition.
