The below is lifted from ASM's market release of 20 minutes ago. They like ARU have received a conditional non-binding letter of support from EFA for $200 million. These conditions are likely to be the same as those applied to ARU (ARU wasn't as forthcoming with detail).
Holders might recall that ARU and ASM were specifically mentioned ScoMo's recent speech in Canberra before jetting off to the G7. The only two Australian critical minerals projects that have secured an EFA debt facility.
