Exactly, I'd go as far as to say that the hurdle of the pit water is mitigated by the REE Mineralisation in Gronnedal.
The "tens of billions" in quartz isnt worth much or the open drilled but unproven tenement is worth more?
Because I fail to see much logic here.

All surely needs some factoring eg EIA might take up to 10 years based on others who have applied with apparently less concerns.

As it's a few kilometers away and inland. Plus the infrastructure there is in better nick as large ships still use it to this day.

The Fjord is deep yes. but thats more a natural feature.

There's a possibility EPM will start mining in Gronnedal whilst also combing over the tailings found near the ivittuut pit. Then move on to emptying the pit. The timeline I think is long term as far as full scale operation is concerned but the operations could kick off short term which is always a welcome thing
