Trouble is BUY have been 'gunner' drill this for over 5 years, and I think the market will wait until a firm commitment appears.
It may run hard when it does.
In the short term it may drift lower or sideways. My take is someone pumped the price a couple of weeks ago, buying in heavy, on the expectation news would arrive to carry them up. It did not occur, and the buyers have the upper hand at the moment.
I do not think it has, or will, affect LT holders.
