Have been watching LCK as am interested in gas/chemical producers. This looks like a useful and attractive project.
Who owns the near 20% holder China New Energy Group Limited?
Who owns the former near 5% holder Crown Ascent Development Limited, are they the same 29.5m shares now held by director Xiaojiang Zheng?
Both are Hong Kong companies, so why all the previous posts about about American investors and Korean construction companies, LCK being a Chines controlled company I would think?
Is there any political uncertainty going on behind the scenes here that might be causing the share dive?
