Theoretically, if you could maintain a net zero coupling you could inflate infinitely without risk. Wise words and I agree - the way I put it is 'is the coffee and cake economy really growth ??'

Ah well, everyone has their own idea of what is important - while I denigrate 'coffee and cake' tonite I grilled a kilo of aged rump and we drank a 2013 shiraz - all we do is stand on different rocks and beat our chests - @seals.
