It’s not quite pre covid business as usual, still a lot of testing and isolating apparently.
Its saying the Singaporean government isn’t ignoring covid, but signalling a change to their covid strategy, enabled by the fact a ever increasing majority of their population is now vaccinated.
I expect Australia will do this when enough people are vaccinated.
How that’s travelling is another discussion, but obviously it’s been a relatively slow roll out compared to Singapore.
